Be a Super Soldier of your own Blog

Captain America is great.

Of course he’s strong and he’s cool.

But what makes Captain America really stand out?

It is because of Steve Rogers.

He’s not that strong or didn’t even have an athletic build to fit as a soldier.

If you’ve watched the film then you’ll know that he did used different and invalid information just to list in different listing stations.

Of course he got caught and that’s illegal as per Dr. Erskine.

Dr. Erskine allowed Rogers to enlist for the “super-soldier” experiment and from there he already know that he’s the guy that he was looking for after hearing the conversation between Rogers and his friend.

And then he asked Rogers a question, if he wants to kill Nazis.

Rogers answer is simple, he doesn’t want to kill anyone and that he just doesn’t want any bullies.

Dr. Erskine already knows that Rogers is a good guy.

Great Points of Rogers

Along the training, Rogers showed what he really is.

There’s a scene where the officer asked his squad to get the flag from the pole for the chance to ride the vehicle on the way back to the camp.

He also mentioned that no one ever taken it for 17 years.

Everyone tried climbing up the pole. One after the other they failed.

After everyone was asked to fall back in line, Rogers approached the pole and pulled some pieces of it for the pole to fell down. When it is down, he took the flag and rides the vehicle back to the camp.

Also, during their exercise activities, an officer threw a grenade and everyone hid except for Rogers.

He covered the grenade with his body in that instant.

Sacrificing himself for the sake of others.

But that was just a test.

Outside appearance doesn’t always count.

It’s not always the case and will never be.

You can judge a person by his outside appearance but until you know that person deeply then you can tell.

Just like in the movie, Rogers was known by Dr. Erskine to be a good person.

That’s why he chose him.

In the super-soldier experiment, everything will be amplified.

The good becomes better and the bad becomes worst.

Ok, enough of the story telling and let’s get on with the point of this post.

What you can learn from this?

Blogging is not always the case of writing perfectly or designing a “super-blog”.

Don’t just relay on your spelling, grammar and your sense of design.

It’s not always the case.

If you’re good at something you have to put yourself into your work.

If you want to be a Super Soldier of blogging then show what you’re made of.

Insert a piece of yourself in your every work.

Be a good example and give what your readers need.

You don’t have to please everyone.

Just be yourself and do your thing.

How can you be a Super Soldier in blogging?

Step 1: Be transparent.

Show who you really are.

Give yourself to your valuable readers.

Plant a seed of your personality in your every work and let them experience what you have experienced through your writing.

Remember that you don’t have to be an expert before you can do blogging.

You just have to know things that can help others.

Step 2: Know how to care.

Care for your readers is your utmost priority.

Put them first before anything else.

And by that, I mean in every aspect of your blogging.

Regarding the design, give them an ease with browsing through your blog. Give them a user-friendly environment.

Regarding your write ups, give them what they need. Help them solve their problems.

And you could probably start by solving your own problem, by doing so maybe there are others that are experiencing the same problems are yours that you can help with.

Step 3: Give your best in everything.

Always give your best.

Don’t just write for the sake of writing but rather write for the sake of helping others.

Don’t just give s a few tips but rather give all the tips that you can give.

Don’t write a post just for the sake of posting but rather write a post for the sake of giving useful information to your readers.
Now that you know

Be a Super-Soldier for your own blog!

Be like Captain America in your own ways!

Be inspired by his story and try to apply some of the good thoughts to your blog and yourself as well.

Posting Often or Not?

Posting Often or Not?

This is a problem for most bloggers and those new to blogging are not exempted. Usually a question that a new blogger asks is “How often should I post?”

It’s easy. And that’s almost self explanatory, daily postings can bring you more traffic as more pages are being indexed. If you post once a month then perhaps you’ll have lesser links everywhere which in return less traffic.

You got it right?

Quality of Posts

Sometimes you’re dreaded by the fact that you have some deadlines for yourself that you want to meet. On a daily basis of posting, coming up with something interesting is really hard.

For sure time will come that it will seem that you don’t know what to say anymore or worst you don’t have anything to say anymore. But if you’re like the guru Seth Godin then there’s no problem for you.

Seth Godin is posting on a daily basis. His articles are sharp and concise. You’ll never imagine how he does that but I guess that’s Seth Godin for you.

Visit Seth’s Blog and see for yourself. Look at how he posts articles and surely you’ll be amazed.

Quality posts are often times sacrificed by the eagerness of posting daily on a regular basis. But hey if you’re just starting like me why don’t you try to post on a daily basis, it will serve as an exercise for your writing at the same time making a stable foundation for your blog.

Speak when you have something to say

Sometimes those bloggers that are posting lesser are better than those who posts daily. But you’re probably thinking, “Is that possible?”

I guess they have a mindset that, you just need to speak when you have something to say rather than babbling about something every single day without any sense. That’s why even they post once a month, still every article is well written and packed with lots of information.

Always try to remember that it varies in every blogs and bloggers. And not all the case posting on a daily basis is better. So try what fits you – try weekly then slowly try to do it daily.

Now let me ask you…

What do you think? Posting often or not?
